{"id":121,"date":"2020-03-26T11:03:40","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T11:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/upvypaar.in\/?p=121"},"modified":"2020-04-10T10:33:35","modified_gmt":"2020-04-10T10:33:35","slug":"coronavirus-relief-package","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/upvypaar.in\/index.php\/2020\/03\/26\/coronavirus-relief-package\/","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus relief package: FM announces Rs 1.70 crore for indian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>Relief package is aimed at shielding the poor during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. <\/strong> <strong>26-March-2020<\/strong>\u00a0(coronavirus relief package)<\/p><cite><strong>FM Sitharaman<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com\/indiatoday\/images\/story\/202003\/Screenshot_2020-03-26_at_1.32.-770x433.png?pQ8kqkQi_WTR_yhc2rjXcHdoewNkoSd.\" alt=\" coronavirus relief package and help migrant workers, labourers,\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color\"><strong>PMGKY package<\/strong><br>Under the&nbsp;<strong>Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Ann Yojna<\/strong>&nbsp;(PMGKY) which is a part of the relief package, at least 80 crore poor people will be covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-vivid-purple-background-color\">Under the scheme, an additional&nbsp;<strong>five kilos of rice\/wheat&nbsp;<\/strong>will be given to 80 crore individuals \u2014 over the 5 kilo they already get \u2014 along with a&nbsp;<strong>one-kilo pulse&nbsp;<\/strong>per household for a period of three months.(coronavirus relief package)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>Insurance Rs 50 lakh under the scheme:<\/strong>&nbsp;Safai karamcharis, ward-boys, nurses, paramedics, technicians, doctors and specialists and other health would be covered by a special insurance scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">\u00a0<strong>Kisan Samman Nidhi<\/strong>&#8211;  Instalment of\u00a0Rs 2,000 in the first week of April\u00a0will be transferred,\u201d Sitharaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-pink-background-color\"><strong>Wages under MNREGA<\/strong>&#8211;   increased by Rs 2000 per worker on an average\u00a0as additional income to help daily wage labourers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color\">Three crore senior citizens, persons with\u00a0<strong>disabilities (Divyangs) and widows<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color\">get one-time additional amount of\u00a0Rs 1,000 in two instalments, to be given through DBT\u00a0over a period of three months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color\"><strong>Jan Dhan women<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; account holders will be covered under the relief package and a compensation of\u00a0Rs 500 per month for the 3 months.(coronavirus relief package)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-light-green-cyan-background-color\">&nbsp;<strong>BPL families will get free cylinders for 3 months&nbsp;<\/strong>under the Ujjawala scheme as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color\">Collateral-free loans &#8211; doubled to\u00a0<strong>Rs 20 Lakh for women loan \u2013<\/strong>self-help groups\u00a0under the Deen Dayal National Livelihood Mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\">Cost of&nbsp;<strong>EPF<\/strong>&nbsp;contribution of both employer and employee (24 per cent)&nbsp;for the next 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color\">Central government has passed orders to states to use funds worth&nbsp;Rs&nbsp;<strong>31,000 crore to provide relief.<\/strong>&nbsp;for use medical testing, screening and providing better healthcares.
